Starting off the UK: Jamie Oliver

I have been incredibly excited to go to the United Kingdom to look at school lunches. Why? Because they have seen the largest shifts in quality, care, and awareness over the last decade.

While he may not be the sole reason for the improvements to school meals, called "school dinners" the UK, Jamie Oliver has started a revolution in school canteens.
